- Kompare.hr is a thriving team of over 250 professionals, serving a large customer base of more than 150,000 annually. We are the only company that works with all insurance companies, banks and telecoms. We have offices in Rijeka, Zagreb and Osijek.

With substantial investment from Invera Equity partners received at the end of 2022, and with all of the experience, knowledge and market opportunities, for the last couple of years we are now growing at over 50% annually.

What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including desktop support and remote management, network administration, and server management.
- Security Expertise: Experience with IT security practices, including the development, monitoring, and testing of security protocols.
- Backup & Recovery: Familiarity with backup systems, disaster recovery planning, and data management.
- Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and effectively.
- Independence: The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively assist and support internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Desktop Support: Provide technical support for internal users and manage the configuration and oversight of shared desktop environments.
- IT Security: Develop, monitor, and conduct regular testing of IT security protocols to ensure the safety of our systems.
- Network & Telecommunications: Maintain, develop, and monitor the internal network and telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Backup Systems: Oversee the maintenance, development, and monitoring of internal backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Server Infrastructure: Maintain and monitor internal server infrastructure, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including desktop support, network administration, and server management.
- Experience with IT security practices, including the development, monitoring, and testing of security protocols.
- Familiarity with backup systems, server maintenance, and video surveillance systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
